K812 Series Plastic Cages for Thrust Cylindrical Roller Bearings
K812 Series plastic cages are designed for thrust cylindrical roller bearing assemblies. The pockets distributed around the circumference separate, position and guide the cylindrical rollers. Manufactured from 25% glass-fiber-reinforced PA66, these cages are suitable for thrust bearing structures with larger radial installation spaces and unidirectional axial-load requirements. 01Series introduction
Series scope and application.
K812 Series plastic cages are designed for thrust cylindrical roller bearing assemblies. The pockets distributed around the circumference separate, position and guide the cylindrical rollers, helping maintain the correct roller arrangement between the axial raceways.
This series is primarily used to carry unidirectional axial loads. Compared with K811 Series products with corresponding size codes, K812 Series products generally have larger outside diameters and roller cross-sections. They are suitable for thrust bearing structures with larger radial installation spaces. Actual load-carrying capacity is determined by the complete bearing structure, roller specifications, raceways and operating conditions.
The cages are manufactured from 25% glass-fiber-reinforced polyamide 66 (PA66-GF25), providing the strength, rigidity and dimensional stability required for the application.
Boerjing can develop molds and manufacture precision injection-molded cages according to customer drawings, approved samples and the required roller quantity and specifications. Dimensions, tolerances, inspection methods and packaging requirements are confirmed during the technical review stage.
