HK Series Plastic Cages for Drawn Cup Needle Roller Bearings
HK Series plastic cages are designed for drawn cup needle roller bearings. Their pockets evenly separate, position and guide the needle rollers. This series is suitable for applications with limited radial installation space where a thin-walled outer ring is required to form a complete bearing structure. Products can be customized according to customer drawings, approved samples and specific needle roller requirements.

01Series introduction
Series scope and application.
HK Series plastic cages are primarily used in drawn cup needle roller bearings. The cage pockets evenly separate, position and guide the needle rollers. The cage works together with a thin-walled drawn outer ring and other components to form the complete bearing structure.
Unlike K Series assemblies, which mainly use the shaft and housing bore as raceways, the HK Series mating structure includes a thin-walled drawn outer ring. It is suitable for applications with limited radial installation space where a complete outer-ring structure is required.
Boerjing can develop molds and manufacture precision injection-molded cages according to customer drawings, approved samples and the required needle roller quantity and specifications. Cage material, dimensions, tolerances, inspection methods and packaging requirements are confirmed during the technical review stage.
