01About Boerjing
Founded in 2004 in Changzhou, China, Boerjing specializes in precision mold development and injection-molded components for bearing and medical-device applications. With in-house tooling, precision injection molding and automated inspection, we support customers from design review and mold development through sampling and volume production.
02What we do
Boerjing integrates mold design and manufacturing, trial molding, precision injection molding and automated inspection. We manufacture precision plastic components for bearing and medical-device applications according to customer drawings, approved samples and project requirements.
By keeping tooling and production within one team, technical reviews, mold adjustments, sampling feedback and repeat-production requirements can be handled as a connected manufacturing process.
03Core capabilities
Specifications are reviewed project by project. Materials, tolerances, inspection and packaging are confirmed against the customer’s requirements.
Mold design, machining, trial molding and modification are completed within our own facility.
Seventy injection molding machines support sampling, small-batch validation and repeat production.
Automated inspection equipment helps improve production consistency and inspection efficiency.
Materials, tolerances, inspection and packaging are confirmed according to each customer’s specifications.
04Quality
Certificate names, holders and certified scopes are presented according to the source certificates. Certification applies to the management system and stated scope, not to individual products.
