K Series Plastic Cages for Needle Roller Bearings

Series scope and application.
K Series plastic cages are designed for radial needle roller bearing assemblies. The pockets distributed around the circumference evenly separate, position and guide the needle rollers, helping maintain the correct roller arrangement during operation.
This series is suitable for bearing structures with limited radial installation space. When the shaft and housing bore meet the required hardness, machining accuracy and surface-finish requirements, they can be used directly as raceways to create a compact needle roller bearing assembly.
Boerjing can develop molds and manufacture precision injection-molded cages according to customer drawings, approved samples and the required needle roller quantity and specifications. Cage material, dimensions, tolerances, inspection methods and packaging requirements are confirmed during the technical review stage.
