AXK Series Plastic Cages for Thrust Needle Roller Bearings
AXK Series plastic cages are designed for thrust needle roller bearing assemblies. The pockets distributed around the circumference separate, position and guide the needle rollers. This series is suitable for structures with limited axial installation space that are required to carry unidirectional axial loads. Products can be customized according to customer drawings, approved samples and specific needle roller requirements.

01Series introduction
Series scope and application.
AXK Series plastic cages are designed for thrust needle roller bearing assemblies. The needle rollers are arranged circumferentially between axial raceways, while the cage pockets separate, position and guide the rollers.
This series is suitable for mechanical structures with limited axial installation space that are required to carry unidirectional axial loads. Depending on the application requirements, the cage assembly can be used together with suitable thrust washers.
Boerjing can develop molds and manufacture precision injection-molded cages according to customer drawings, approved samples and the required needle roller quantity and specifications. Cage dimensions, material, tolerances, inspection methods and packaging requirements are confirmed during the technical review stage.
