AXS Series Plastic Cages for Axial Angular Contact Roller Bearings
AXS Series plastic cages are designed for axial angular contact roller bearings. Pockets arranged according to the specified contact angle separate, position and guide the cylindrical rollers. This series is suitable for compact bearing structures with limited axial installation space that are required to carry axial loads, partial radial loads or tilting moments. Products can be customized according to customer drawings, approved samples and specific roller requirements.

01Series introduction
Series scope and application.
AXS Series plastic cages are designed for thin-section axial angular contact roller bearings. The cage pockets are arranged according to the specified contact angle to separate, position and guide the cylindrical rollers.
Within the complete bearing structure, the inclined cylindrical rollers can carry axial loads and, depending on the specific design, partial radial loads or tilting moments. This series is suitable for compact mechanical structures with limited axial installation space and combined-load requirements.
The products currently selected for the website use a 60° contact angle. Contact angle, roller quantity, roller specifications, cage material and overall dimensions must be confirmed according to the customer drawing or approved sample for each project.
Boerjing can develop molds and manufacture precision injection-molded cages according to customer drawings, approved samples and specific roller requirements. Dimensions, tolerances, inspection methods and packaging requirements are confirmed during the technical review stage.
