Yes. We can conduct a technical review and provide mold development and injection-molding services based on customer-supplied 2D drawings, 3D files or approved samples. Product structure, material, dimensions, tolerances, inspection requirements and packaging will be confirmed during the project review.

Yes. Mold design, machining, assembly, trial molding, modification and maintenance can be completed within our own facility. In-house mold development helps us respond efficiently during sampling and subsequent production.

We process a range of engineering plastics, including PA66, PA46, POM, PEEK, PC, ABS and TPU. The final material grade, reinforcement, color and other requirements are confirmed according to the product application and customer specifications.

Our products mainly cover two areas: precision plastic bearing components and medical precision injection-molded components. Bearing products include custom cages, liners, spacers, sleeves and seals. Medical products include plastic components for biopsy forceps handles, snare handles, connectors, custom guide components and other minimally invasive device assemblies.

No. For bearing projects, we mainly supply plastic cages and other custom injection-molded plastic components. Needles, rollers, steel balls, springs, rings and complete bearings are not included unless otherwise expressly agreed. For medical projects, we manufacture injection-molded parts and assemblies rather than finished medical devices.

Yes. We support mold trials, sample approval, small-batch validation and repeat volume production. Product specifications and acceptance requirements are confirmed before volume production.

The minimum order quantity is determined on a project-by-project basis. It may depend on the product structure, material, mold status, production process and packaging requirements. The applicable quantity will be confirmed during quotation or technical review.

Lead times depend on product complexity, mold structure, material availability, trial-molding and validation requirements, and order quantity. We will provide an estimated schedule after reviewing the project information. Design changes or additional validation may affect the schedule.

Quality control begins with technical review and covers material confirmation, mold development, trial molding, production control, dimensional inspection and outgoing inspection. Appropriate automated inspection equipment may be used according to the product and project requirements. Inspection items, sampling plans and acceptance criteria are confirmed for each project.

Boerjing operates quality management systems certified to IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 13485:2016. The two certifications apply to their respective certified scopes. Quality management system certification does not constitute product certification or medical-device registration.

Customer drawings, 3D files, samples and technical information are used only for project evaluation, mold development, production and quality control. Confidentiality requirements can be confirmed through a non-disclosure agreement or other written arrangement. We do not disclose project information to unrelated third parties without customer authorization, unless required by applicable law.
