From September 24 to 26, 2025, Changzhou Boerjing Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. participated in Medtec China 2025 at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center. Boerjing exhibited at Booth 1B205.
At the exhibition, Boerjing presented a range of medical precision injection-molded products, including disposable biopsy forceps handle components, disposable snare handle components, medical connectors, custom-shaped guide components and other custom medical injection-molded parts. The booth also introduced the engineering plastics available for different projects and Boerjing’s in-house mold design and manufacturing capabilities, giving visitors a clearer understanding of the company’s manufacturing process from mold development and sample validation to precision injection molding.
During the exhibition, Boerjing’s custom-shaped guide components attracted particular interest from professional visitors and potential customers. Discussions focused on product structure, material selection, mold development, dimensional control and customized production. Following the exhibition, Boerjing continued project discussions with a medical-device company based in Shenzhen, and the two companies worked together to develop a custom product.
Handle components for biopsy forceps, snares and related medical devices also received customer interest. Visitors discussed product structure, assembly methods, material selection and the feasibility of developing customized components from drawings or approved samples.
Participation in Medtec China 2025 gave Boerjing a better understanding of the practical requirements of medical-device customers for precision injection-molded components, complex product structures and custom mold development. It also provided an opportunity to establish more direct communication with customers and industry partners.
Boerjing will continue to use its in-house mold development, precision injection molding and quality-management capabilities to provide reliable, responsive and practical manufacturing support for medical-device customers.
